ShaadiSite ("we", "us") operates shaadisite.online, a service that creates wedding invitation websites. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the details you provide for building your wedding website: the couple's names and family lines, wedding date and time, venue details, event programme, dress code, contact persons you choose to display, your phone number and email address, an optional photo album link, and your chosen music and web address. We also receive payment confirmation details (payment ID and status) from our payment provider — we never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to: generate and display your wedding website, process your payment, send you order and delivery notifications by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, provide customer support, and maintain the security of our service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Your wedding website is public

The purpose of the service is a shareable wedding website. The details you choose to include (names, date, venue, programme, contact persons, and similar) are published on a public web page that anyone with the link can view. Please only include details you are comfortable sharing with your guests. You can edit these details at any time using your private edit link, or ask us to unpublish the site.

4. Third-party services we rely on

We share only the minimum data needed with: Razorpay (payment processing), Brevo (email delivery), Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform (order notifications to your WhatsApp number, where enabled), and Hostinger (website hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Venue maps are embedded via Google Maps.

5. Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as your website is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal requirements. Wedding websites remain live for the duration included in your package, after which they may be archived or removed.

6. Security

Your order pages are protected by private, unguessable links served over HTTPS. Access to order data is restricted to us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your information.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — see our Data Deletion page. For any privacy question, contact us at shaadisite.online@gmail.com .

8. Children

Our service is intended for adults planning a wedding and is not directed at children under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
