How to have your personal data removed from ShaadiSite

You can request deletion of your personal data and your wedding website at any time. Here's how it works:

How to request deletion

Send us a deletion request through either channel:

Include your private status link, or the email/phone number used on the order, so we can verify the request belongs to you.

What we delete

Upon a verified request we will: take your wedding website offline, and delete your order record including names, contact details, event details, and any linked album reference. Payment transaction records are retained only as required by Indian tax and accounting law, and only in that minimal form.

Timeline

Verified deletion requests are completed within 7 working days, and we will confirm to you once done.

WhatsApp notifications data

If you received order notifications from us on WhatsApp, those messages exist in your own WhatsApp chat and can be deleted by you. A deletion request to us removes your phone number and messaging history from our systems.
